Seven completed Deer Valley Club sales were recorded from January 1 through June 30, 2026, with combined reported sale prices of $1,798,000. The median reported sale price was $248,000. These figures describe the records reviewed for this period; they are not a measure of all Club transactions or the broader Deer Valley property market.

What these numbers tell a buyer

The records include different Traditional ownership categories and bedroom counts. A combined median does not price a particular interest. Compare completed sales with the same ownership rights, category, bedroom count, condition, and use policies. Review current dues, assessments, reservation rules, and transfer requirements.

This snapshot does not establish current availability, a price trend, market share, average days on market, or future appreciation. It does not quantify sales outside the records reviewed, and does not claim Jeff represented every transaction. Individual names, contact details, interest identifiers, dates, and transaction-level prices are omitted.
